Managing your program of events and exhibitions can be a frustrating and time-consuming process, whether the exhibition is happening in Hong Kong or abroad. You may be packing everything beforehand or trying to find a company abroad to set-up your stand for you, but it always takes up a lot of your time. That’s why Amber & Green offer an end-to-end event management service for both your domestic and international events.
Many of our clients exhibit abroad and we often go with them, offering the same management service that we offer in Hong Kong. We frequently set up exhibition stands throughout ASEAN and the rest of the Asia Pacific region.
We also use our network of ISOframe dealers in other countries for occasions where budgets don’t allow for an Amber & Green team to fly in, so it doesn’t matter where you are exhibiting, Amber & Green can take good care of you.
For each event, we can..
Store all of your banner stands, pop-up frames, modular systems, brochures and giveaways in our secure 24hr-accessible premises
Check that all of your items are in good condition before each show
Arrange shipment via FedEx or DHL for foreign shows
Set-up your stand prior to the event, either in Hong Kong or internationally
Dismantle your stand after the event and take everything back to our offices, arranging FedEx or DHL for foreign shows
Update your stock inventories and advise you if we need any replacement items
